Data we collect
When you fill in a form (contact request, training pre-registration): name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, organization, job title, country, expected number of participants and the content of your message.
When you browse: audience measurement data (pages viewed, device type, approximate country) through Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Purposes and legal basis
Form data is used only to answer your request, manage your pre-registration and contact you about the training or service concerned. This processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box in the form.
Audience data is used to produce traffic statistics that help us improve the site.
Who receives your data
Only the PentaPilot team can access your data. It is never sold or transferred.
We use technical providers that process it on our behalf: Cloudflare (website and database hosting), Resend (internal email notifications) and Google (audience measurement). These providers may store data outside Morocco.
Retention
Requests and pre-registrations are kept for as long as needed to handle them, then for at most 3 years after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets audience measurement cookies. You can refuse them in your browser settings or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, correct and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email contact@pentapilot.org.
You can also file a complaint with the Moroccan data protection authority (CNDP), www.cndp.ma.
